OUR POLICIES
TREES & SHRUBS WARRANTY
Customers receive a 6-month warranty on all trees and shrubs, which includes in-store credit or a replacement plant. Please note that plants purchased at a discount of more than 25% are not eligible for warranty coverage.
If your trees or shrubs are planted by Atlantic Gardening Company, the warranty is extended to 1 year, with the same in-store credit or replacement option.
Installation and delivery fees are non-refundable; however, if you choose to replace a plant under warranty, you will not be charged again for installation and delivery.
NURSERY RETURN POLICY
For dead plants, store credit will be issued for the amount paid. Cash/credit card refunds will not be provided for dead plants. All returns must be accompanied by the dead plant and proof of purchase.
We are happy to accept returns of items in original, sellable condition (at managers discretion) within 7 days of purchase. Please note that Annuals, Perennials, Roses, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Installation and delivery charges are non-refundable after service has been completed.
GREENHOUSE RETURN POLICY
Plants eligible for return must be brought back within 72 hours of purchase and must be in the same condition as at the time of sale to qualify for a refund. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Dead plants are not eligible for return or exchange.

Orchids are not eligible for return. However, we offer an Orchid Credit for healthy, non-blooming orchids with intact leaves and roots:

GARDEN SHOP RETURN POLICY
Items from our Garden Shop may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unused condition. Discounted items are not eligible for return. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
